1st October 2016 is UN International Day of the Older Person, known in the UK as Older People’s Day. This is a day of celebration of the older person and their value within society. It also is an opportunity to raise awareness of the issues and challenges of ageing in today’s busy world. It is so important that older people are valued and considered; it is proven that a positive attitude towards getting older can dramatically improve life expectancy.

We know from experience that our older clients are often the ones that have time to talk and can very often be the most entertaining and fun (!) to deal with. The reality is that one day we will all be the ‘older person’.
